Steve brings a wealth of expertise to urban-gro, honed over two decades in the realm of FDA/USDA-compliant construction. His career features an impressive project portfolio, from food processing plants to cold storage facilities, from farms to distribution centers. His professional journey began in the cold storage sector, where he solved the unique challenges and intricacies that come with constructing facilities designed to withstand the most extreme environmental conditions. Whether it's beef, chicken, pork, fruits, vegetables, or even chocolate, Steve's expertise spans the breadth of the food industry. From build-out to compliance, cultivation to customer engagement, Steve brings unparalleled expertise to urban-gro.
As Vice President of Business Development, Steve will be responsible for creating strategic business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the organization. Most recently, Steve served as COO of Southern Sky Brands, where he played a pivotal role in the creation of a medical-focused cannabis business. Steve's addition to the urban-gro leadership team brings a new dimension to the company's capabilities. His diverse background will be instrumental in driving further verticalization of the business, helping urban-gro provide comprehensive solutions across a spectrum of industries.
