urban-gro expands its management team with public finance experience
Lafayette, CO (September 2017) – urban-gro, a leading Cannabis cultivation technologies company delivering best-in-class systems, solutions, and technologies for large-scale commercial cultivators across North America, is pleased to announce the hire of Adam Gutenplan as its Controller. In this role, his responsibilities will include helping to guide the company’s sustained growth by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies and procedures, as well as protecting urban-gro’s assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal financial controls.

Adam Gutenplan graduated from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business with a degree in Accounting. He started his career with Pricewaterhouse Cooper in New York City where he planned and coordinated engagements for SEC registrants. Most recently he worked at Riveron Consulting, providing services to middle-market private equity funds, mezzanine and senior lenders, family offices, and public and private companies.
