Our architecture team served as the design architect for the new Clinical Services and Medical Office Building expansion at St. Francis Hospital. The project expanded service offerings related to massing, aesthetics, and interior services. Our team's scope of work included design and construction documents for the shell, interiors and finishes, as well as construction administration for all aspects of the project to ensure success across all aspects of the expansion.

The expansion required extensive research in massing, circulation, and overall aesthetics. Development of these key components were studied utilizing multiple 3D tools and technologies. These models were also used by the construction manager to assist in pricing models, then to create fundraising and marketing material for St. Francis Hospital.
