Riverplace Square Apartments & Townhomes Renovation

Our design team was hired to assist in the renovation of the RiverPlace Square Apartments & Townhomes as the Architect of Record. The existing building is located along the Riverwalk of the Willamette River in the heart of Portland. The renovation consisted of full furniture, fixture, and equipment replacements within the public spaces as well as modifications to the individual apartment/townhouse units. Additional spaces modified in the renovation included the lobbies, leasing office, and outdoor courtyards. Several new spaces were also created including the fitness center, the dog wash room, business center, and resident’s meeting room.
