This project was a complete overhaul of an existing Mellow Mushroom located in SouthGlenn Mall in Centennial, CO. The renovations included: a complete redesign of the kitchen/back of house, new finishes in the restrooms, a covered outdoor patio, and updates to the dining areas and bar. The restaurant is open for business and is already generating quite a buzz in the community.
