Located just south of a large retail hub on the north side of town, CVP is a three-building development that contains two buildings with anchor tenants along the roadside of the property and an office building. A crisp palette of materials provides a blank slate of flexibility for each tenant. An abundance of glazing and space for canopies and signage is provided for each tenant to extend their brand beyond the interior. Space between the retail buildings allows for an outdoor experience as part of the development.
