Indoor Cannabis Cultivation Facility

This 5,000 square foot indoor grow facility features modular grow pods built within an existing warehouse structure. Our team worked closely with the client to help value engineer over $2M off initial design cost estimates. To accommodate the client's program and very aggressive schedule, the team proactively evolved the design to meet criteria. The final design featured nine stackable grow pods and working platforms.
