Health One Air Life Helipad, Hangar, Crew Quarters Construction

Located on the Sky Ridge Medical campus in Centennial, Colorado, this 10,700 square foot project consisted of an air life helipad, hanger, crew quarters, and hospital storage building. Built for Health One, this ground-up project featured precast concrete panels, exterior brick façade, and a massive 45’x15’ metal panel hangar garage door. Collaborative engagement with the client resulted in the project being delivered on schedule and under budget.
