Harris County Health Department

Our team worked with Harris County Health Department and the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Development Council to prepare A/E documentation for a CDBG application for renovations and additions to the Harris County Health Department.  The current facility couldn’t continue to serve the needs of the community without expansion.  Existing exam rooms were too small and too few were provided.  Interview rooms were also too small for working conditions.

The new expansion provides for increases in needed space in exam rooms, interview rooms and offices.  Interior materials, lighting and other finishes will also be updated.  The mechanical and electrical system will receive upgrades as well.  The project will be completed in two phases thereby allowing the clinic to remain operational throughout construction.
