Multiple Location Indoor Cultivation Facility Upgrades

The construction team partnered with this client to provide tenant improvement services at two locations.

At the Denver, CO location, the team replaced over 5,000 outdated light fixtures with high-efficiency LED lights. The team also installed two new Rad Source units, including the accompanying stainless steel piping and electrical service upgrades.

At the Trinidad, CO location, the scope of work included installation of two new Cultiva HVAC units to help transform an outdated Mom and Veg room into a state-of-the-art drying room. Scope also included new epoxy flooring, PVC wall liners, and minor greenhouse repairs and field maintenance work.
