CB&T of East Alabama

Synovus Financial hired our architecture team to design their new headquarters building for CB&T of East Alabama. The 23,000 square foot building includes a banking center, a training area for fifty employees, corporate offices, and a state-of-the-art boardroom. We used a fast-track approach to speed up the construction process, completing the project three months ahead of the standard Design-Bid-Build schedule. 

Our design reflects the history of Phenix City while also embracing it's progressive future. We used a material palette common in the industrial era of the region to create a timeless language and establish a design aesthetic for future significant Phenix City projects.
